Often people just start throwing everything at it, parasite cleanses, liver cleanses, Dim or ashwaganda. Berbendine, pre/pro/postbiotics.... What if what your adding in will actually cause further problems or be a waste of investment and all you have is literally expensive urine and other excresions? Testing takes the guess work out and ensures you only take what your body needs to create balance.


3. Choose a Reliable Online Program or Resource


There are many online platforms offering gut health protocols. Look for those that emphasize holistic wellness, including mental health support, since emotional well-being and gut health are deeply connected.

  • Digestive Enzymes: Proteins, fats, fibres can all be hard to metabolize if you have used up your enzymes. I have done a whole training on this. Enzymes are only beneficial if you need them.

  • Elimintating inflamation: Always start with foods as that is where your soil grows your roots. Many miss this step. Even the healthy foods may cause inflammation. Testing takes the guess work out.


Before starting any supplement, test before you guess. Many will do muscle testing. This works for accute. If your chronic however muscel testing can mislead you. It will have you on a roller coaster. Good one day, not the other. How can your cells routinely recieve what they need to replicate a healthier cell when its time if they are not getting the correct nutrients EVERY DAY? This is why functional labs AND blood work is so important. It takes minimum 28 days for a cell to replicate itself and three months minimum to create RNA change.
