Please note, I work out of two locations. Wednesday and Friday I am at the Riel Location. Every other weekend I am out of my home which has animals and is not accessible for mobility limited as well as there is a dog on premises. If you do not see a time that works best for you on these days please email me and let me know the date/preferred length of time that works best for you and I will do my best to accommodate. If you would like a 75min but do not see an appointment available, please email me your preferred date, time and I will do my best to accommodate you and get back to you within the business day. As a massage therapist since 2003 I have developed a treatment that is unique to your needs. Included in this treatment I can include the use of "nature essentials" essential oils made here in Canada. Your massage can also include craniosacral, somatic emotional release as well as reiki if desired. You will leave feeling relaxed and uplifted as well as receive healing benefits from this amazing hands on treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Elements of Wellness strives to be on time and prepared for every appointment. This spot has been reserved just for you and prep time before your appointment has been allotted for your coach/practitioner. Please be respectful of this time and give at least 48hrs notice before any cancellations. [ Reiki Classes and workshops are 2 weeks prior to receive a refund minus processing fees] If 48hrs is not given, late cancellations will be billed at 50% of the the appointment cost. No shows are billed at full cost and there will be no refunds or credits towards your next appointment. Elements of Wellness believes in living by the same cancellation policy as their clients. If a late cancellation happens you will receive 50% credit off your next service. If Elements of Wellness "no show's" you will receive a no cost appointment of equal value. This policy protects and respects your time and the business time and ensures that the utmost professionalism occurs between both professional and clients.
