This printable gratitude journal will help you to reframe your mind when you focus on what is going well.  You can have the "crappiest week" but when we take a moment to find what went well in the week, we start developing new nuerotransmitters and retrain our brain what to focus on.  This helps us to start changing our "living experience" so that we can acknowledge the "crappiest week."  But we can also laser in on what went right so we can create more of that in our lives.
