Service Description

This is a free 1.15min call that I get to know you and where your stress levels originate from. This call includes an intake form that need to be filled out prior so we can make the most out of our time and to give you a solution to how to start decreasing your stress and increase your healing. If it is not filled out and submitted 24hours before our session you will be asked to reschedule and your original appointment time will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Elements of Wellness strives to be on time and prepared for every appointment. This spot has been reserved just for you and prep time before your appointment has been allotted for your coach/practitioner. Please be respectful of this time and give at least 48hrs notice before any cancellations. [ Reiki Classes are 2 weeks prior to receive a refund minus processing fees] If 48hrs is not given, late cancellations will be billed at 50% of the the appointment cost. No shows are billed at full cost and there will be no refunds or credits towards your next appointment. Elements of Wellness believes in living by the same cancellation policy as their clients. If a late cancellation happens you will receive 50% credit off your next service. If Elements of Wellness "no show's" you will receive a no cost appointment of equal value. This policy protects and respects your time and the business time and ensures that the utmost professionalism occurs between both professional and clients.
