Service Description

There are no "sloppy" movements in pilates. This introductory class is typically 15-30min long. This class will teach you how to correctly breathe as a beginner to engage and stabilize your abdominals, pelvis and lower back. Learning this foundation helps prevent injury, because you now know how to do the movement correctly. Doing things correctly will help strengthen, and build stamina so that when you get to the intermediate level of pilates, you will be able to challenge yourself knowing that you are getting stronger while keeping your body safe.

Cancelation Policy

Elements of Wellness strives to be on time and prepared for every appointment. This spot has been reserved just for you and prep time before your appointment has been allotted for your coach/practitioner. Please be respectful of this time and give at least 48hrs notice before any cancellations. [ Reiki Classes are 2 weeks prior to receive a refund minus processing fees] If 48hrs is not given, late cancellations will be billed at 50% of the the appointment cost. No shows are billed at full cost and there will be no refunds or credits towards your next appointment. Elements of Wellness believes in living by the same cancellation policy as their clients. If a late cancellation happens you will receive 50% credit off your next service. If Elements of Wellness "no show's" you will receive a no cost appointment of equal value. This policy protects and respects your time and the business time and ensures that the utmost professionalism occurs between both professional and clients.
